Combat Aircrew Eight
is one of eleven tactical crews that fly the Lockheed P-3C Orion in Patrol
Squadron Forty. Patron Forty is currently deployed to Misawa, Japan, with
a permanent detachment in Kadena, Okinawa. Our primary mission is anti-submarine
warfare, with other missions of open ocean search, search & rescue,
mining & other weapons delivery, intelligence collection , and fleet
support.
